Summer Updates are Coming!
Hello everyone!
I hope you are having a wonderful time this summer! Thanks to all the free time I now have, I decided to keep working on my dungeon crawler game from the 7drl game jam that happened this spring (A while now, I am aware...).
I would like to offer you a glimpse into what I plan on adding. Today, I release the 0.2 patch, which is just a bunch of tiny additions that I wanted to implement in 0.1 but just did not have the time to do. The most notable (though not only) changes are:
- Completely rewritten dungeon generation (basically meaning the dungeon is going to be more square)
- Walls now get erected around the dungeon so that you don't wander outside of the map!
Before I move onto another project, I would like to make it all the way to at least Patch 0.5 with each new update bringing completely new content into the demo. I will refrain from promising too much, but I can at least say what Patch 0.3 will bring - new textures and a variety of rooms (so that you don't just walk through blank halls all game). I am currently working on this update and I expect to bring it out soon, because there are many more different things I wish to work on as well!
I wish you a good day if you've read this far and I would love it if you leave me a message here in the comments!
